Cranberry Champagne Cocktail

A festive take on the classic champagne cocktail popular in the 1950s, this drink looks even more elegant served with fresh or frozen cranberries or raspberries. You can double or triple the recipe for larger crowds.

(Makes 8 half-cup servings)

  • 1 bottle (750 ml) sparkling wine, cold
  • 1/2 cup cranberry juice or cranberry juice cocktail
  • 1 teaspoon angostura bitters
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries or raspberries, for garnish
  • 1. Pour wine, cranberry juice, and angostura bitters into a pre-chilled glass pitcher. Stir lightly.
  • 2. Garnish with cranberries or raspberries and serve immediately.
