Cocktails typically are laden with sugar and calories—not exactly conducive to healthy living. So Red Mountain Spa executive chef Chad Luethje devised the following guilt-free drinks.
Spa-Hattan :
- 2/3 cup peppermint tea
- 1/3 cup apple juice
- Garnish: dribble of cherry syrup

Spa-Garita :
- 2/3 cup limeade
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- Garnish: salted wedge of lime

Spa-Smopolitan :
- 2/3 cup jasmine tea
- 1/3 cup cranberry juice
- Garnish: strawberry
