Power Punch


A great way to make a delicious punch and get the nutritional benefits of tofu.

Adapted from Super Smoothies by Mary Corpening Barber and Sara Corpening Whiteford (Chronicle Books, 2000)

(Serves 2)

  • 1/2 cup silken tofu
  • 1-1/2 cups pear nectar
  • 1/2 cup frozen diced pineapple
  • 1/2 banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Combine the tofu and pear nectar in a blender.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
