Spiced Nuts


This super easy snack is great to have on hand for the holidays or to use as a hostess gift packed in a pretty tin.

(Makes 5 cups)

  • 2 (12-ounce) cans salted mixed nuts
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

 

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl combine all ingredients.
  • 2. Spread mixture in one layer on jellyroll pan or cookie sheet and bake for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

TIP: Prepare several days ahead and store in airtight container.
