Sunshine Sippers

You can use your choice of fruits for this nutritional smoothie and even add a touch of soft tofu for extra protein in the morning.
(Makes 2 servings)

- 1 cup cubed watermelon
- 1 cup chopped banana
- 1 cup fat-free yogurt
- 1 cup raspberries
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Ice as needed
- Garnish: raspberries and mint
- 1. Blend all the ingredients. (If you are using watermelon, blend it first to create enough liquid to blend the other fruit. Alternatively, use 1/2 cup of orange juice as the liquid)
- 2. Pour into two tall glasses and garnish with raspberries and mint. Serve.
