Sunshine Sippers


You can use your choice of fruits for this nutritional smoothie and even add a touch of soft tofu for extra protein in the morning.

(Makes 2 servings)

  • 1 cup cubed watermelon
  • 1 cup chopped banana
  • 1 cup fat-free yogurt
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Ice as needed
  • Garnish: raspberries and mint
  • 1. Blend all the ingredients. (If you are using watermelon, blend it first to create enough liquid to blend the other fruit. Alternatively, use 1/2 cup of orange juice as the liquid)
  • 2. Pour into two tall glasses and garnish with raspberries and mint. Serve.
